This coming 30th, we have to move out of the place where we’re staying. So that means we need a new place. Good thing is that we found a new place which I think is really nice and cozy plus the neighborhood looks awesome. The downside? Well… We have to pay for almost 4 month worth of rent. 1 month advance, 2 months safety deposit and 1 month worth for agent’s fee. ugh that sucks. Though I only pay for a part, it would still be a big amount for me since I’m new here. I haven’t even fixed my budget yet. And another thing, I do need to open a bank account which will cost me 1000SGD. Oh no!
In my mind, I should’ve just gone as a bedspacer or get a place like vacation rentals or aome transient place just to save money. But I wouldn’t exchange the comfort I have now. I own the room (not really coz I’m with Andre’s toys) and internet and food). Too little time, to much to pay for. How am gonna pay for everything and still send money to pay my mom? But the again, I am not complaining.
I wonder how it will go if I go somewhere else like San Francisco or New York maybe. LOL It’s free to dream right? Baby steps… But seriously, vacation rentals san francisco? Heh~
